Before product delivery, Yongji will conduct the following tests and analysis on all products:
Dimension and tooth gauge inspection: the overall dimension and tooth gauge of each product will be screened by CCD.
Mechanical test: tensile test, pushing force test, loosening force test, tightening torque test, etc.
Hardness testing: Yongji has all kinds of hardness testing equipment to meet customers' requirements for hardness testing.
Material structure analysis: Many plates have been hardened to ensure correct riveting during fastener installation. Therefore, Yongji is also equipped with material structure analysis equipment to analyze the product structure to ensure that the heat treatment meets the requirements.
Coating thickness measurement and element analysis: for products with surface treatment, Yongji uses X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to measure the product film thickness and conduct element analysis to ensure that the elements contained comply with ROHS regulations. In order to ensure that all products meet the environmental requirements specified by ROHS, Yongji Laboratory has set up various ROHS inspection equipment to inspect the elements contained in the products. All limiting elements, such as lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium, will be detected and their contents will be displayed in PPM.
Salt spray test: Yongji conducts corrosion resistance salt spray test on all products to ensure that the surface treatment is consistent with customer requirements.
